Has everyone rested well?
SriSri: We were discussing the tenth chapter of Bhagavad Gita: Vibhuti Yoga.
Vibhuti are the ashes and it is applied on the hand and on the forehead.
The purpose of applying vibhuti (ashes) on the forehead is to remind the person in front:why do you have craving or aversion, anyways you are going to turn into ashes.
There is something you can know and there are somethings you need to have faith on even do not have the experience.
Sometimes you need to wait for the experience.
Lord Krishna says those who believe that everything has arisen from me is intelligent.
For example, a scientist takes all the research that has been done as a base and then goes ahead with his research.
Those people who believe that the consciousness is running everything. You are alive and listening, how? Through consciousness. Everything in this world runs through the consciousness. The one who believes in this in intelligent.
In such a person faith and devotion develops automatically.
Only when you believe, does faith rise.
Someone asked me that young children have turned to spirituality, why?
I said, they are intelligent.
Now, 20-year-olds ask what is the purpose of life.
Another sign.
Pran means the center of life.
I am the pran of an intelligent person.
I am with themin their every breath.
And whatever they know, they share with each other.
They advice others and listen to advice too.
Some saints only keep talking and do not listen.
Some only listen and do not talk.
One person came back from a knowledge session and said that the saint shared very high knowledge and I am a small person so I did not understand.
Not like that.
They share knowledge with each other.
Wherever the mind settles, you like to talk about that and share stories.
The intelligent ones, share stories about me.
There are two types of people: people who keep complaining and people who share stories that will raise the devotion and faith and from that comes satisfaction.
The sign on an intelligent person is to be happy whether your work is done or not.
Ok, your work is not done, money gone is gone, why to lose your happiness?
This is a sign of an intelligent person.
The people who remember me from their entire heart like this are connected with me and I give them more knowledge and they can attain me.
People think in the West that if you have surrendered, then your intellect does not work.
If you go to a Guru, they will not let your intellect work.
The agnostics and communists say that Gurus will not let your intellect work.
True spirituality will sharpen your intellect.
Lord does not say keep your intellect aside.
He says, I give them the knowledge by which they can attain me.

Such people, using their intellect, can they reach the truth?
No.
Because truth is beyond the intellect.
Only withmy compassion will the veils of ignorance be removed.
Sharpening your intellect is your work, but beyond that is the work of the consciousness.
There are three things: Feelings, Intellect, and knowledge. In feelings there are two: one is knowing that and then getting associating with that with love. So, keep me in your memory and pran, then the intellect will get sharpened. Feelings and intellect seem contradictory. But this is the specialty of Spirituality.
Some people get swayed by feelings and do not use their intellect.
Yoga is balancing feelings and intellect. With the grace of God, the lamp of knowledge lights up.
There is grace and self-effort, both are required in life.
Q: What is Tava gyan?
Sri Sri: First know the five tatvas (element): earth, fire, wind, water, space.
Then there are the five senses.
When you go beyond the go, there is mahat tatva.
Then there is consciousness.
You can read about love in a book, but when you experience love that is tatva knowledge.
So, how to get this knowledge?
Do seva which will remove cravings and aversions and remove tamas. When you do seva, you get associated with the Guru by feelings. Then you can understand by feelings and intellect.
So, do seva and ask a knowledgable person to know about Tatva gyan.
Q: About different caste...
Sri Sri: All caste are the same. There is no upper caste or lower caste. We need to bring people from all the castes together.
We should remove the tag of castes.
The politicians have maintained the difference in the castes.
How much ever social reformers work, politicians come in and create caste differences.
Q: Whom should we vote for?
Sri Sri: I am the only one left out, why are you pulling me into this?
Wait. I will speak at the right time.
Q: Sometimes people forget themselves in love, this is right?
Sri Sri: Yes. Just now you heard that intellect and feelings, both are required. Maintain the balance.
Q: Why don't we have a society to create politicians who are spiritual?
Sri Sri: Youth like you who want to do such work we will support you.
We have started a College of Good Governance in Orissa,
There is training for carpentry, plumber, housekeeping.
For all gram panchayat, zilla parishad heads and people in the government, we need training. They do not know what are their roles and responsibilities.
Q: There are so many people who act as swamis but are not.
Sri Sri: Yes, that is an issue.
There is a lot of freedom for people to start their own organization.
There are a lot of good saints and the number of people who act as saints is less, but the media talks a lot about these stories.
A lot of people are changing their faith.
Some politicians have their main agenda to change the faith of the people, so that they can remain in power by playing politics based on caste.
Keep politics and caste aside.
10,600 crore is coming into India to convert people.
How to counter this?
This is wrong and you should stand up and make people aware.
Now, we are training people so that weddings can be conducted and someone can explain the significance and meaning of the rituals.
You can take the trainings for conducting gruha pravesam, naming ceremony, and weddings.
Q: When the soul leaves the body, it takes another body. But Buddhists say that the soul divides into three and then can take three births.
